Trans.eu Pricing Update 2026 – FAQ

1. When do the new prices take effect?

  • TFF and TFS (CargoON) – from April 1, 2026
  • TFC – from June 1, 2026

The new prices apply to new customers from that date and to existing customers from their next billing period.

2. Who is affected by the change?

The changes apply to customers using:

  • Trans for Forwarders (TFF)
  • Trans for Shippers (CargoOn)
  • Trans for Carriers (TFC)

3. What are the new prices?

TFF and TFS CargoOn (from April 1, 2026)

  • Subscription: PLN 769 net / month (EUR 179)
  • Additional seats: PLN 155 net / month (EUR 35)

TFC (from June 1, 2026)

  • Subscription: PLN 530 net / month (EUR 125)
  • Additional seats: PLN 135 net / month (EUR 30)

3. I pay annually – what does this mean for me?

The price change is not applied retroactively.

  • The new price will apply at the next renewal,
  • If your subscription is already paid, it remains valid until the end of the current period.

4. How are additional seats billed?

  • The subscription includes 2 active user accounts,
  • Each additional active account is charged separately,
  • Fees are charged only for accounts that were logged into,
  • Billing is monthly, after the billing period ends.

5. I received an invoice for additional seats – what is this charge for?

The fee applies to users who logged in during the given month and exceeded the limit of 2 accounts included in the subscription.

You can check your current users' log-ins at any time in your Trans.eu account. To do that, go to Billing & invoices –> Seats billing

6. Will the currency or payment method change?

In selected markets:

  • The billing currency will change to EUR,
  • In some countries, a new bank account number may be introduced,
  • Prices outside Poland are set in EUR.

Depending on the country, the change may result in either an increase or a decrease in price.

7. What has changed in the platform usage model?

For TFS (Trans.eu for Shippers), a single package has been introduced, covering up to 200 offer publications per month.

Additional charges apply above this limit.

8. Why are prices changing?

The change is related to the platform’s development.

We are introducing:

  • AI tools supporting offer publication and handling,
  • Solutions increasing security (e.g. SafePay),
  • Better access to contractor data,
  • Tools supporting risk assessment.

The goal is faster work, improved security, and better business decisions.

9. Are any discounts available?

A 10% discount is available for annual upfront payments.

Otherwise, the new prices apply to all customers, and individual terms may depend on the contract.

10. Do I need to sign an annex to the agreement?

No. The change results from the terms and conditions and does not require signing additional documents.

11. What if I do not agree to the change?

You may terminate the agreement within 30 days of receiving the notification about the change.

12. Who and how was informed about the change?

The communication was sent by email from info@trans.eu to authorized users within the company.

13. Where can I check the current prices?
