Who can use this feature?

This feature is available to users of the CargoON product line and freight forwarders (TFF - Trans for Forwarders).

In this article, you will learn:

  • what the Notifications and Incidents Panel is and how to use it
  • what types of notifications there are
  • how to configure settings

The Notification and Incident Panel available on the Platform focuses on active transports, helping you monitor them in real time, immediately identify important events, and respond without delay. You will gain greater control and confidence that no critical information will be overlooked.

How to use the Notification Panel?

When does the Panel appear and how to use it:

  1. If you are assigned to active transports, the panel will appear on the Platform when GPS monitoring starts or an event requiring your attention occurs.
  2. To check the details, click on a specific notification or incident, review the information about the transport in the Transports in realization module, and take the necessary steps if needed.

Types of notifications

The notification panel has two types of messages:

  1. Information notifications:
  • A green icon in the list with a green truck means a notification with info about the start of monitoring - your transport has just started.
  • Additionally, the window displays information about the transport: delivery time prediction, date and time of the notification, postal codes of the first and last locations of the operation, and the contractor's details.
  • Click on a specific notification to go directly to the details of the transport in the Transport in realization module.

  1. Incidents:
    • A red icon in a list with a red triangle indicates that an event has occurred that may require your attention.
    • In addition, the window displays the most important information about the shipment: estimated delivery time, date and time of notification, postal codes of the first and last locations of the operation, and the contractor's details.
    • Click on a specific alert to go directly to the details of the transport in the Transport in realization module and take the necessary steps.
    1. Incident - Your transport is late - informs you about a delay in relation to the scheduled time.

  • After clicking on the selected incident, you will be taken to the list of Transports with incidents. After reading the incident, it disappears from the list. When there are no incidents, the Transports with incidents filter is inactive and invisible.

2. Incident - Your transport is moving away from its destination - informs you about a potential increase in the distance to the destination.

  • After clicking on a specific incident, you will be redirected to the Transport in realization list, where you can view detailed information in the window.

3. Incident - Your loading is taking longer than expected - informs about a long operation time at the loading location.

4. Incident - Your transport is delayed - informs you about the predicted delay based on current data.

Using the option - Check in Transports in realization, you will be taken directly to the full list of transports.

Configure settings

Adjust the settings to your preferences.

  1. The notification and incident panel can be freely dragged to the desired location on the Platform.
  2. Select which notifications and incidents you want to receive.
  • To disable notifications, expand the list and uncheck the alerts you don't want to see. Disabled alerts cannot be enabled from this list.

  • To enable Notifications, click on your avatar with your photo, select the Settings tab, then Notifications and sounds, go to the Other modules tab and select notifications from the Incident panel section. You can use the slider to enable or disable notifications.
