Who can use this feature?

The feature is available to users of the Freight Forwarding (TFF - Trans for Forwarders) and CargoON product line.

In this article you will learn:

  • how to publish direct offers in the freight adding form
  • how to publish direct offers from the messenger window

Adding a direct offer in the freight adding form

To add an offer, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Trans.eu Platform
  2. At the top right, select the Add freight button.
  1. Fill in the freight form, fields with an asterisk are required.
  2. Select Freight publication mode:

  • To publish a direct offer, select To selected.
  • Go to the Recipient section, then select Contacts.

  • Or Contact groups if you have them.
We distinguish two types of offers:

Direct offer - you can send it to one specific person.
Offer to selected - you can send it to selected people (maximum 15) from the messenger or to contact groups on the messenger.
  • After selection, the Selected recipients section will appear in the window.

  1. After filling in all the required fields Publish freight.
  2. The offer will be sent to selected recipients, you will find it in the Freights module in the Added tab with the status Waiting for offers.
    • Here you can check the current status of the offer.

Publishing a direct offer from the messenger

To add an offer from the messenger window, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the Trans.eu Platform
  2. Click on the avatar icon with a photo or initials.
  3. From the list, select the Enable messenger option.
  1. You can call up the direct offer window from the messenger in several ways:
    1. After enabling the messenger, click on the cloud icon, then go to the contacts tab.
    • At the selected contact, click on the three dots option

  • Select the Send new freight option
  • Click the Add new freight button.
  • The window will contain a list of current publications to selected contacts
  • The freight adding form will appear on the screen.
  • On the right side in the Freight publication mode section -To selected the Recipients field will be filled in with the data that was selected.
Freight publication to a specific person is only possible if that person is on your contact list.

2. After launching the messenger, click on the Contacts icon, then go to the All tab.

  • From the list, select a specific group, then click on the arrow.

  • The freight adding form will appear on the screen.
  • On the right side in the Freight publication mode section -To selected, the Recipients field will be filled in with the group that was selected.
  1. After filling in all the required fields Publish freight.
  2. The offer will be sent to selected recipients, you will find it in the Freights module in the Added tab, with the status Waiting for offers.
    • Here you can check the current status of the offer.
Note!
You cannot publish a direct offer to CargoON users.

Adding recipients to an ongoing Offer to Selected publication

If you want to send active freight to additional recipients, you have two options:

  • From the freight drawer:
    1. Select the Freights module, go to the Added tab, select the freight from the list and open the details window of the freight you want to send to additional recipients.
    2. In the Details tab, click on the See publication recipients option.
  1. Click the Add publication recipients button, then select recipients from the contact or group list.
  • From the messenger:
    1. Go to the messenger, then open the conversation window with the person you want to send the freight to.
    2. Click the three dots icon.
    3. Select the Send new freight option from the list.
    4. From the list of active freights, select the one you want to send.

Important information:

  • The function is only available to companies with the Offer to Selected option.
  • You cannot send freight to people who have already received it.
  • When sending freight, you cannot modify other publication parameters.
  • New recipients will receive a standard notification of a direct offer.
