Booking statuses visible in orders

Who can use this feature?

This feature is available to users of the CargoON product line and forwarding (TFF - Trans for Forwarders) who have the active Dock Scheduler add-on and access to the Schedules module.

From this article you will learn how to:

  • display time slot status directly in the orders and transport list,
  • check how the system informs about issues related to a time slot.

Status of the nearest operation in the orders module

To view booking information directly in the list view without opening order details:

  1. Go to the Orders module.
  2. In the orders list, click the menu icon (three dots) in the table columns.
  3. From the dropdown list, select: Booking of the next operation.
  4. A new column will appear in the orders list. You can reposition the column by dragging its header to the desired place in the list.
The column displays the status of the nearest loading or unloading point. If a transport includes multiple operational points, after completing one point the data in the column is automatically updated and refers to the next point on the route.

Scope of the feature

  • Booking statuses are visible only for orders linked to Dock Scheduler.
  • Data is automatically updated based on changes in warehouse schedules.
If the system detects an issue related to a booking (e.g. an attempt to schedule an operation outside the facility’s working hours or no available dock), an error message will be displayed in the column instead of the standard operational status.
