Module navigation

Top panel – actions and view selection

The top navigation bar provides quick access to the most important features:

  1. Search bar – allows you to quickly find a specific appointment, time slot, dock, or carrier within the selected warehouse.
  2. Filters – open advanced data filtering options (by date, time, appointment status, handovers, and carriers).
  3. View selection – the dropdown menu allows you to change the way data is presented. Three views are available:
  • Schedule (default view) – a graphical warehouse work plan divided by hours and docks.
  • Appointments – a list of all appointments in table format.
  • Time slots – a list of all scheduled time slots.
  1. Action buttons

- Add time slot: allows you to create a new slot in the schedule.

- Add appointment: allows you to create a new appointment.

- More: contains additional warehouse management options, e.g., adding a warehouse or a dock.

- Virtual queue: used to manage the queue of vehicles at the warehouse gate.

Side panel

The side panel allows you to specify which warehouse and which day you are planning operations for.

  1. Warehouse – Displays the name of the currently selected warehouse. Click the arrow to switch to another available warehouse.
  2. Calendar – allows quick selection of the day for which the schedule is displayed. You can easily switch months using the arrows next to the month name.
  3. Warehouse availability – this section presents current operational data:
  • Unbooked time slots: slots that have been made available to carriers but have not yet been booked. Here you will find information about the number of such slots and their total duration. Expired time slots are not included in this summary.
  • Appointments: both appointments created from time slots and those created directly by the shipper. Here you will find information about the number of appointments and their total duration.
  • Total available time: the sum of available time across all docks. Disabled and blocked docks are not included in the calculation.
  • Dock availability toggle: a slider that allows you to enable or disable the preview of available time at individual docks.
  1. Quick appointment filters – you can filter the main view by appointment statuses. After selecting a status, the system will automatically switch to the Appointments list view.

Main view

Schedule is the default warehouse work view divided into docks (columns) and hours (rows).

Orange line – indicates the current time.

Gray markings – show:

  • warehouse working hours (start and end),
  • breaks,
  • excluded docks.

Working with the schedule:

  • You can click on an empty field to add an appointment.
  • Created appointments can be dragged to change their time.
  • You can manage dock settings directly from the schedule view.
  • On the right side, you can set the default or custom dock order.

If you need to work with data in a summary format, use the toggle in the Schedule menu:

Appointments – presents data in table format. You can:

  • choose which columns are visible,
  • view all appointments or filter them by dock,
  • use additional filters.

Time slots – presents data in table format. You can decide which time slot data should be displayed.
