Block direct offers from selected users

Who can use this function?

Function available to forwarders (TFF - Trans for Forwarders) and carriers (TFC - Trans for Carriers).

Block direct offers

If you are not interested in receiving direct offers from a particular person, you can block receiving such offers from them.

  1. You can block these offers in the:
  • Conversation window

Open the conversation, click the "three dots" and select Block receiving direct offers.

  • Messenger in the Recent or Contacts list

Search for a contact, click the "three dots" and select Block receiving direct offers.

  • For me tab or directional tabs with the DIRECT OFFER label.

Select the Search for loads module and go to the For me or a directional tab with the DIRECT OFFER label. Find the freight of the person from whom you do not want to receive direct offers, click the "three dots" and select Block receiving offers.

  1. Confirm by clicking Block receiving offers.
If you block receiving direct offers from a particular user, you can still receive them from other users from the same company.

Unblock direct offers

If you have blocked receiving direct offers from a user, you can unblock it at any time in the:

  • Conversation window,
  • Messenger in the Recent or Contacts list,
  • Exchange list row, under the For me tab or directional tabs with the DIRECT OFFER label,
  • Settings, under Blocked users.

In Settings ,under Blocked users, you can always see who you have blocked from sending offers to you.

Click the "three dots" and select Unblock receiving direct offers.

You can also check the blocked users' status in the Settings.

  1. Click on your avatar and select Settings.

  1. Then navigate to Blocked users, where you can unblock users.
