Block direct offers from selected users

Who can use this function?

Function available to forwarders (TFF - Trans for Forwarders) and carriers (TFC - Trans for Carriers).

From this article you will learn:

  • how to block and unblock a user
  • how to block and unblock receiving unwanted messages, SMS and direct offers

Blocking users

If you want to block receiving unwanted messages or offers, you can block a selected user.

  1. For a specified person, you can:
  • block receiving direct offers
  • block receiving messages and SMS
  • (eventually also: block the visibility of offers on the freight exchange, but that's the next step)

  1. You can block users in the following places:
  • Chat window

Open a conversation with the selected person, click on the three-dot icon, and choose one of the blocking options.

  • Messenger in the Recent or Contacts list

Search for a contact, click the three-dot icon and select one of the blocking options.

  • Search for loads > load offer

In the Search loads module, find the offer you are interested in. Click the three-dot icon, then Block and select one of the blocking options.

Confirm by clicking Block receiving offers.

If you block receiving direct offers from a particular user, you can still receive them from other users from the same company.

Unblocking a user

You can unblock unwanted messages or offers from a user at any time from in the:

  • Conversation window

Open a conversation with the selected person, click on the three-dot icon, and unblock the selected option.

  • Messenger in the Recent or Contacts list

Search for the selected user, click on the three-dot icon, and unblock the selected option.

Managing blocked users

You can also find and manage all blocked users in Settings > Blocked users.

  1. Click on your avatar and select Settings.

  1. Then navigate to Blocked users, where you can manage blocked users.
