Who can use this feature?
This feature is available to users of the TFF and TFC product lines who have access to the Dock Scheduler product and the Bookings module.

In this article, you will learn how to:

  • combine multiple time slots into a single booking.

This feature allows you to combine multiple time slots into a single booking, enabling one transport to handle multiple orders.

How to combine time slots

  1. Go to the Bookings module.
  2. In the list of time slots, click Book.
  3. Click Select next to the time slot number.
  4. Select the time slots you want to combine.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select a time and proceed.
  7. Fill in the form.
  8. Click Add booking.

After creating the booking, you will see the numbers of the combined time slots in its details.

Consolidation conditions

To combine time slots, they must:

  • concern the same shipper
  • be assigned to the same warehouse
  • have overlapping dates and docks
  • be available to the user
Why can't I combine time slots?

This may be due to two reasons:

- the shipper has not enabled the consolidation option for the warehouse,

- the time slots do not meet the required conditions (e.g. they concern different shippers or warehouses, have different operation types, or do not have overlapping dates and docks)
