Basic information about the widget

Add the Border Traffic widget to your Dashboard to efficiently plan transports to the eastern border. With the widget, you gain quick access to up-to-date information on waiting times at border crossings.

Border Traffic Widget:

  • belongs to the Information category of widgets,
  • is aimed at all users of the Trans.eu Platform,
  • presents data based on the granica.gov.pl service,
  • provides real-time data,
  • you can add it to your Dashboard only once.

Widget navigation

The widget offers two views to facilitate monitoring the situation at border crossings: the default view (map) and the list view.

Map view (default):

  1. Map of Poland with marked points at border crossings. The color of each point indicates the current waiting time.

Hovering the cursor over a selected point on the map will open a tooltip with the name of the crossing and the waiting time.

  1. Waiting time legend:
  • green color up to 2h,
  • yellow color from 2 to 4h,
  • red over 4h,
  • gray - no data.
  1. Data source - information on where the presented data comes from (granica.gov.pl).
  2. Status as of - date and time for which the data is current.
  3. Filters - clicking on the blue arrow will open a window with data filtering and sorting options:
  • view - you can choose between map view and list view,
  • crossing (available only for list view) - allows you to select all crossings or specific ones from the list,
  • sorting (available only for list view) - allows sorting the list in ascending or descending order by waiting time or crossing name.

  1. Border crossing - name of the border crossing.
  2. Time - waiting time in hours, also marked with colors according to the legend.
  3. Date/time - date and time of the last update of information for a given crossing.
  4. Data source - information on where the presented data comes from (granica.gov.pl).
  5. Status as of - date and time for which the data is current.
  6. Filters (the same as for the default view).
