Who can use this function?

This function is available to users of the product line for carriers (TFC - Trans for Carriers) and forwarders (TFF - Trans for Forwarders).

From this article, you will learn:

  • how a carrier can obtain the certificate,
  • how to share the certificate,
  • where the certificate is displayed on the Platform.

We have introduced a certification system to recognize carriers who provide top-quality services, deliver shipments on time and share a GPS signal, enabling real-time shipment tracking.

If a carrier has a certificate, it proves the high quality of their services, which increases customer trust and ensures a greater sense of security.

How to obtain a certificate?

To obtain a certificate, the carrier must deliver the goods on time and share a GPS signal that enables shipment tracking.

  1. If the carrier has shared a GPS signal to handle a transport task, they will receive the "Provides GPS" certificate. The carrier can decide whether to make this certificate public so that it is displayed on the company's account on the Platform.

  1. After completing a transport task with shared GPS monitoring, the carrier will receive a Punctuality certificate. The carrier can decide whether they want this certificate to be made public so that it is displayed on the company's account on the Platform.

A window will display information about the Punctuality certificate with a value of 99%, 97%, or 95%.

Certificates for carriers  

The carrier can receive the following certificates:

Certificate: Carrier provides GPS

  • A carrier with this certificate provides GPS monitoring.
  • The carrier receives the badge after the first time they provide GPS signal 
  • The carrier provided GPS monitoring for a transport task in the last 180 days

Punctuality certificate

  • A carrier with this certificate has completed 99% of deliveries on time.
  • 99% of deliveries handled by this carrier were completed on time based on the provided GPS signal.

Punctuality certificate

  • A carrier with this certificate has completed 97% of deliveries on time.
  • 97% of deliveries handled by this carrier were completed on time based on the provided GPS signal.

Punctuality certificate

  • A carrier with this certificate has completed 95% of deliveries on time.
  • 95% of deliveries handled by this carrier were completed on time based on the provided GPS signal.

Where can the certificate be found?  

The certificate is displayed on the carrier's profile on our platform. This allows clients to easily check which carrier is trustworthy and offers the highest quality of services.

  • In the company account, in the Information tab

  • In the detailed information about the company

  • In the information about the user, in the offer negotiation window.

  • In the messenger window.

Filtering offers

On the Platform, it is possible to filter offers by certificates. To use additional filtering options, go to the Search vehicles module, choose More filters, and select the Certificates and badges section.
