Who can use this function?

The function is available to all users of the Trans.eu Platform and CargoON.

Reporting suggestions or problems using the form

Follow these steps:

  1. Click the help icon marked with a question mark and select Report a suggestion.

  1. Fill in the form.

If you report a Problem, you can also select the Problem area.

By default, the option Attach history of your browser’s connection to the Trans.EU Platform environment will be selected. Thanks to it, an HAR file will be attached (it contains a record of previous communication between the user's application on this computer and the Platform's servers), which may help diagnose the problem.

In the lower left corner you will find the Session ID. You may be asked for it to check whether the error comes from the current session.

  1. After completing the form, click Submit.

After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation.
