Who can use this function?

This function is available to all users of the Trans.eu and CargoON Platform.

When a transaction is concluded on the Platform, i.e. the freight is accepted, you can rate your contractor and vice versa.

Received ratings

In the Ratings and references module, go to the Summary of ratings tab, where you can see how you were evaluated by the contractors with whom transactions were concluded.

Select the Shipper role to view the ratings you received in this role.

Select the Carrier role to view the ratings you received in this role.

You can respond once to the rating given.
