When a transaction is concluded on the Platform, i.e. the freight is accepted, you can rate your contractor and vice versa.

Received ratings

In the Ratings and references module, go to the My ratings tab, where you can see how you were evaluated by the contractors with whom transactions were concluded.

Select roles: as a customer to view ratings

Select roles: as a contractor to view ratings

You can respond once to the rating given.
