Who can use this feature?

This feature is available to all CargoON line users, as well as users of the TFF (Trans for Forwarders) product line who have the ARS add-on enabled - Solutions for automating freight offer publishing (automatic routes and rules).

From this article you will learn:

  • how to search for a route and use filters,
  • how to edit a route,
  • how to archive a route.

Shipper: Managing the route list view

The route view has been designed as a table. This allows for quick filtering and searching within columns without having to open the details of each route.

Using the 3-dot icon, you can decide for yourself which columns you want to display.

Sorting in ascending and descending order is possible, as well as changing the order of routes on the list using the arrow.

The number of contracts broken down into: in negotiation, accepted, active

Filtering: contracts in negotiation or accepted (including active)

Contract type

Type of cooperation (dark icon - fixed rate, light icon - flexible cooperation) together with the price.

Searching and filtering routes

  1. Go to the Routes with carriers module.
  2. In the table with the list of routes, you will find the following data search options:
    Search by:
    • route name (Route column),
    • loading and unloading location (Loading and Unloading columns respectively)
    Filter by:
    • shipper name (Shipper column),
    • cooperation status (Status column): Valid, Pending, and In negotiation,
    • contract validity dates (Start date and End date columns),
    • contact person from your company (Responsible person column).
  3. The results will be displayed on the route list.

Archiving routes

You can only archive routes that have no valid or negotiated terms.

  1. Go to the Routes with carriers module and select the route to archive.
  2. Click the 3-dot icon and select the Archive option.
  3. Confirm the action.
  4. The route will be moved to the Archived tab.
You can add new terms to a route in the Archived tab (by clicking the 3-dot icon). If you send them to carriers, the route will move to the Active tab.

Carrier: searching and filtering routes

  1. Go to the Routes with shippers module, to the Route list view.
  2. In the table with the list of routes, you will find the following data search options:

Search by:

  • route name (Route column),
  • loading and unloading location (Loading and Unloading columns respectively)

Filter by:

  • shipper name (Shipper column),
  • cooperation status (Status column): Valid, Pending, and In negotiation,
  • contract validity dates (Start date and End date columns),
  • contact person from your company (Responsible person column).

Carrier: Bulk actions on multiple routes

You can apply the same actions to multiple routes at once.

  1. Select the routes on the list that you want to edit.
  2. Use the bulk action options:
  • Accept - allows you to accept several contracts at once.
  • Reject - allows you to reject several contracts at once
  • Archive routes - archives the selected routes, automatically moving them to the Route archive tab.
