Who can use this feature? This feature is available to CargoON product line users who have access to the Dock Scheduler product and the Schedules module. |
In this article, you will learn:
- how to customize the appearance of booking blocks
- how to change the color scheme of booking statuses,
- how to restore the default status colors.
See how you can customize the appearance of booking blocks to suit your needs. Select the information key to you and edit the status colors to streamline the use of different calendar views.

Editing Information in the Booking Block
- To customize the view in the booking block to your needs, click on the avatar with your photo/initials, and select Settings from the list.

- Open the Schedules tab, then go to the Booking Blocks tab. An example appointment block is displayed in the window.

- In the given warehouse, you can select the value to be displayed in the booking block from the list.

When you hover your mouse cursor over the second row of the booking block, a pop-up window with information about the value displayed on the block will appear. In the example below, the information Driver's First and Last Name is visible.

Set value for many
You can also use the option - Set value for many, which allows for mass editing of information displayed on the block.

- Select warehouses and the value to be displayed on the booking block from the list.

- Use the green Save button to save your settings.

- You will see the saved settings for the given warehouses in the list.

Default Booking Status Colors
Booking blocks vary in color depending on the booking status. This option allows you to quickly recognize important statuses.
- Go to the module and select the Bookings schedule view.

- The default status colors are automatically assigned and visible in:
- Booking blocks (bar and block color).
- Status color on the quick booking filters list.
- Daily dashboards (DS Daily status).

Changing booking status colors
If needed, the user can change the colors of booking statuses. To do this:
- Click on your avatar and select Settings.
- Open the Schedules tab. Then select the Status colors tab.

- In this window, you will see a list of all booking statuses. Open the palette. Click on the given color, and the booking block will change its appearance.

- Click Apply selected colors to save the changes.

- Refresh the page now or later to see the schedule with the new status colors.

Return to default colors
You can restore the default colors for booking statuses at any time. To do this:
- Click on your avatar and select Settings.
- Open the Schedules tab. Then select the Status Colors tab.
- For the selected status, click Restore default.

- If you want to restore the default colors for all booking statuses, click Restore default colors.
