Basic information about the widget

Add the Orders amendments widget to your Dashboard. You will gain a complete insight into how often and what changes appear in the conditions of accepted orders, regardless of the reason.

Orders amendments widget:

  • belongs to the Orders category,
  • is aimed at orderers,
  • presents data collected based on orders that were created on the exchange in the last 90 days,
  • presents data for the entire company and the user,
  • presents historical data,
  • you can add it to your Dashboard multiple times (up to 9 times).

Widget navigation

The main elements of the widget are:

  1. Semi-ring chart - shows the total number of orders divided into three categories:
  • cancelled orders,
  • changed orders,
  • orders without changes.

Below the chart there is information about the analyzed period and data source (according to the applied filters)

  1. Percentage share of each of the three categories.
  2. Type of change - information about what type of change was made in the order - according to the selected filter (e.g. price, date and time of operation, etc.).
  3. Filters - after clicking on the blue arrow, a window with filters will open, allowing you to adjust the data in the widget:
  • View (User, Company),
  • Type of change (All, Price, Operation addresses, Operation date and time, Load details, Reference number),
  • Carrier (All, selected carrier),
  • Period (This week, This month, Last month, Last 90 days).

How to analyze data

  1. To facilitate data analysis, add this widget multiple times (you can add it up to 9 times).

How to add a widget to the Dashboard can be found in the article Widgets - basic information.
  1. Set different filters on each widget to be able to compare data from different perspectives.

Example:

For the purposes of the article, we set filters on one of the widgets that show changes in orders (load details) for the entire company, analyzing data from the last 90 days for all carriers.

On the second widget, we analyze the same type of change, in the same period but from the perspective of the user and a specific carrier.

On a company-wide scale: out of 90 orders, 21 were canceled, 3 orders were changed, including one change related to load details. 66 orders remained unchanged.

For a given user: out of 16 orders, 2 were canceled, 1 was changed - load details were updated, and 23 orders remained unchanged.
