Who can use this feature?

This feature is available to carriers holding a valid TAPA TSR Level 1 or TSR Level 2 certificate who have received an invitation to the Certified Carrier Exchange.

What is the Certified Carrier Exchange?

The Certified Carrier Exchange is a freight exchange for carriers with a TSR certificate. It operates based on TAPA EMEA standards and Trans.eu technology.

On this exchange, you will find offers from shippers and freight forwarders looking for carriers that meet TAPA security requirements.

What do you gain by joining the exchange?

  • You see offers intended only for carriers with a TSR certificate.
  • You can establish ongoing cooperation with shippers who regularly need TAPA transport.

How do I join if my company already uses Trans.eu?

If your company already has an account on the Trans.eu platform, join as follows:

  1. Log in to the Trans.eu platform.
  2. Accept the invitation that will appear after logging in.

You can also fill out the registration form on the website.

How do I upload a TSR certificate to Trans.eu?

  1. Log in to the Trans.eu platform.
  2. Go to the My Company section.
  3. Select the Documents tab, then click Add document.
  4. From the drop-down list, select the document type: TAPA TSR Level 1/2
  5. Upload the file in PDF format.
  6. Enter the certificate's issue date.
  7. Click Save.

The Trans.eu team will review the submitted document. Once the certificate is approved, it will appear on the platform, and you will gain access to the exchange.

How do I use the exchange?

  1. Log in to the platform and check the available freight offers.
  2. Contact the shipper via messenger or submit an offer right away.
  3. Agree on the terms and confirm acceptance of the load.

How to publish a freight offer

  1. Click Add freight.
  2. Fill out the freight submission form.
  3. Click Show other requirements on the left side of the form.
  4. In the Vehicle details section, select the TAPA TSR certificate you require from the carrier from the Additional requirements drop-down list.
  1. On the right side of the form, in Publication mode, check TAPA Certified Carrier
  1. After filling out the form, click Publish freight.

  2. The offer will be marked with the TAPA Certified Carrier label.

FAQ - Certified Carrier Exchange

What certificate is required to join the exchange?

The company must have a valid TAPA TSR Level 1 or TSR Level 2 certificate.

Can I join if my company already uses Trans.eu?

Yes. Log in to the platform and accept the invitation, or fill out the registration form on the Trans.eu website.

How does certificate verification work?

Upload the certificate in the My Company → Documents → Add document section. The Trans.eu team will review the document, and once approved, the certificate will appear on the platform.

Is there a limit on the number of loads I can accept?

No. The only condition is checking the load details and holding a valid certificate.
