What is the Certified Carrier Exchange?
The Certified Carrier Exchange is a freight exchange dedicated to carriers with a TSR certificate. It operates in accordance with TAPA EMEA standards and is powered by Trans.eu technology.
On this exchange, you will find freight offers from shippers and freight forwarders looking for carriers that meet TAPA security requirements.
What are the benefits of joining the exchange?
- Access freight offers available exclusively to carriers with a TSR certificate.
- Build long-term partnerships with shippers who regularly require TAPA-compliant transport services.
How do I join if my company already uses Trans.eu?
If your company already has an account on the Trans.eu platform, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Trans.eu platform.
- Accept the invitation displayed after logging in.
You can also complete the registration form available on the website.
How do I upload my TSR certificate to Trans.eu?
- Log in to the Trans.eu platform.
- Go to the My Company section.
- Select the Documents tab, then click Add document.
- From the drop-down list, select the document type: TAPA TSR Level 1/2.
- Upload your certificate in PDF format.
- Enter the certificate issue date.
- Click Save.
The Trans.eu team will verify the uploaded document. Once your certificate has been approved, it will appear on the platform and you will gain access to the exchange.
How do I use the exchange?
- Log in to the platform and browse available freight offers.
- Contact the shipper via chat or submit your offer directly.
- Agree on the terms and confirm acceptance of the freight.

Which certificate is required to join the exchange?
Your company must hold a valid TAPA TSR Level 1 or TAPA TSR Level 2 certificate.
Can I join if my company already uses Trans.eu?
Yes. Simply log in to the platform and accept the invitation, or complete the registration form on the Trans.eu website.
How is the certificate verified?
Upload your certificate in My Company → Documents → Add document. The Trans.eu team will verify the document, and once approved, the certificate will appear on the platform.
Is there a limit to the number of freight loads I can accept?
No. The only requirements are to review the freight details and hold a valid certificate.
