The Time slots report belongs to the Dock Scheduler report group and is based on data obtained from a module with the same name

The data presented in the report applies to all warehouses (you can select a warehouse using the filters). You can also use filters to specify the period for which you would like to see the data.

Based on data from the Time slots report:

  • You will check how bookings have been created in your warehouses.
  • you will analyze the use of time slots,
  • you will see how often carriers use time slots,
  • you will find out which days and times most bookings are made.

To access the report, click on the BI Reports module, open the Dock Scheduler tab, and then select the Time slots report.

The report consists of 6 main sections:

  1. The top bar with a legend, where you will also set the range of analyzed data.
  2. Number of time slots & bookings charts - showing the number of time slots, bookings and ways to create them.
  3. Table with the summary of the number of time slots in all warehouses and ramps.
  4. Carriers chart - with information on the time slots used by carriers.
  5. Calendar showing the number of bookings per specific day and time.
  6.  List of time slots from all warehouses.

Setting the range of analyzed data

Parameters are set at the top of the report.

  1. The Date range option specifies the scope of data to be analyzed.
For the purpose of the article, the selected period is from 09.02.2025 to 09.05.2025.

  1. Booking sources are color-coded in the legend as follows:
    • yellow color - created time slots, but without a booking,
    • blue color - bookings created without time slots,
    • navy blue color - created time slots.

Click a color in the legend to filter the data in all sections of the report (except the time slot list) accordingly.

Number of time slots & bookings charts

The number of time slots and bookings is presented in three charts.

  1. Time slots doughnut chart - shows the total number of all time slots, distinguishing the used time slots.
  2. Bookings doughnut chart - shows the total number of all bookings (created with and without time slots).
  3. Number of time slots & bookings bar chart - shows the number of time slots and bookings for each day within a specific range. Hover over the selected bar to see detailed information.
Clicking on any segment of the chart will customize the data displayed in the other sections of the report.

Table - time slots by warehouse

The table presents detailed data on time slots in individual warehouses and ramps. This allows you to see which time slots are used most often in each warehouse.

The parameters at the top of the table will help you select the range of analyzed data - you can view the data for all warehouses or select specific ones from the list. Similarly, you will specify the range for ramps.

The columns present the following data:

  • Created TS - number of created time slots,
  • TS without booking - number of time slots for which no booking was made,
  • TS with booking - number of time slots for which a booking was created,
  • %TS Booked - percentage of time slots used for bookings,
  • Booking without TS - bookings created outside time slots.

Click on a warehouse or ramp to adapt the entire report to your selection.

Carriers chart

The chart shows the number of time slots assigned to the carrier and the number of unused time slots and bookings created outside the time slot.

When you hover over the chart bar, you will see additional information, including the percentage of bookings created from time slots.

Calendar

Use the calendar to check how many bookings were made on a particular day and time.

The values on the right side of the calendar show how many bookings took place on a given day, both within and outside the time slots.

The values at the bottom of the calendar show the number of bookings per hour, both within and outside the time slots.
