Basic information about the widget

Add the Orders funnel widget to your Dashboard to track the progress of all stages of orders created on the platform over the last 90 days.

The Orders funnel widget:

  • belongs to the widgets from the Orders category,
  • is dedicated to contractors,
  • presents data collected on the basis of all types of orders in the last 90 days,
  • shows data for the entire company and the user,
  • provides historical data,
  • you can add it to your Dashboard more than once.

Widget navigation

The Orders funnel is a visual breakdown of orders from the past 90 days, divided into 3 phases.

The main elements of the Orders funnel widget are:

  1. A funnel chart showing 3 phases:
  • In preparation - counts created orders (e.g.  orders waiting for the carrier's acceptance of terms).
  • In progress - counts orders from the status Arrival for loading as well as those that are in group 1.
  • In settlement - counts orders with the status Confirm completion and Completed.

The number at each level of the funnel corresponds to the number of orders, e.g. 12 orders in progress.

  1. Company/user filter - allows switching the view to display data for the company or the user.

If you select the view for the user, only the orders added by that user will be displayed.
  1. Status as of - day for which the data is presented
  2. Orders from the last - information about the period from which the data is presented.

How to analyze data?

  1. To facilitate data analysis, add the widget twice (you can add the widget up to 9 times).
You can learn how to add a widget to the Dashboard from the article Widgets - basic information.
  1. Set the view for the user (1) on one widget, and the view for the company (2) on the other.

The ability to filter data by company or user will allow you to assess the progress of orders through different phases. You can also compare your performance against the entire company's results.

By analyzing the data, you can:

  • monitor how many orders are at each stage of the process,
  • determine how many orders that were visible in the "In preparation" phase are handled by carriers and go to the next stages (here it is worth making a reference to the most active carriers),
  • focus on monitoring orders that are in progress,
  • ensure you have the necessary documents to accurately settle your orders.
