Adding a fleet and integration with telematics

Add your fleet to Trans.eu Platform and use its available functions to their full capacity. Find out below how to add a vehicle and how to integrate your fleet with telematics.

Why should you add your entire fleet of vehicles?

Trans.eu Platform allows you to manage a vehicle fleet or share the locations of a vehicle with your counterparties during transport orders. A precisely configured Fleet is also a better chance to receive cargo proposals from Customers via SmartMatch algorithm.

How to add a vehicle to your fleet

  • Choose Fleet in the menu on the left
  • “Add Vehicle” with the green button

  • Complete the vehicle specification
  • Click Next to fill in other information

  • Complete the vehicle specification
  • Click Next to fill in other information

  • Add a telematics supplier

  • Choose your supplier from the list

  • or enter its name into the search engine field

  • Log in to your account and give consent to receiving and storing information on the location of your vehicle by Trans.eu Platform.

  • Choose from the list and match the vehicle provided by your telematics supplier with the current configured vehicle.

  • You will see the results in Your Vehicles column
  • Click Save

  • Information on the vehicle telematics will be visible in the form
  • Use the green “Add Vehicle” button to add the vehicle to your fleet

  • Go to the the list, where you will see the vehicle you have just added to your Fleet

The resources of a transport company prepared that way can be used for tasks related to accepting orders on the Platform and monitoring tasks.

Add Telematics to your existing vehicle fleet

  • Select the Fleet module from the menu on the left
  • Select a vehicle from the list

  • expand the “More” option in the vehicle information window
  • choose "Add Telematics" from the list

  • Choose your supplier from the list

  • or enter its name into the search field

  • Log in to your account and give consent to receive and store information on the location of your vehicle by Trans.eu Platform.

  • Match the vehicle provided by your telematics supplier with the current configured vehicle.

  • You will see the results in Your Vehicles column
  • Click Save

  • Go to the list, where you will see the vehicle you have just added to your Fleet

Vehicle import

This option is available to users that have previously used Trans.eu Fleet Exchange and who have had vehicles added to their Fleet on their account

  • Choose the “Import Vehicles” button

  • Choose the vehicles on the list
  • Confirm your choice with the green “Import” button
  • In the notification field (at the bell icon) on the Platform, you will receive a note on the completion of the import along with detailed information
