Basic information about the widget

Add the Responses widget to your Dashboard to monitor the effectiveness of published freights.

The Responses widget:

  • belongs to the Freight category of widgets,
  • is aimed at forwarders,
  • presents data based on freight offers that received responses,
  • shows data for the entire company as well as for the individual user,
  • displays historical data (last 30 days),
  • can be added to your Dashboard multiple times (up to 9 times).

Widget navigation

The main elements of the widget are:

  1. Response percentage counter with details:
  • Publication type,
  • Route with the highest number of responses.
  1. Offer tiles
  • Offer with the most responses,
  • Last offer with no responses – both elements are interactive and, when clicked, open the offer details in the Freight module in a new browser tab.
  1. Status as of – information about the date for which the data is displayed.
  2. Filters – by clicking the blue arrow, a filter window will open:
  • View (User, Company).
  • Publication type (All types, Private exchanges, Public exchange, Contacts).
  • Responses from (All, Contractors).
  • Display (Details, Routes).
Route view – when selecting the Routes option, a list of 10 routes with the highest average number of responses is displayed.

How to analyze the data

  1. To make data analysis easier, add the widget twice (you can add it up to 9 times).

To learn how to add a widget to the Dashboard, see the article Widgets – basic information.

  1. On one widget set the view for the user, and on the other set the view for the company. This way you can check if your offers attract a similar level of interest as the company average.

The Responses to Offers widget provides:

  • Offer effectiveness assessment – By seeing the response percentage (e.g., 50%), you can assess whether your publications are attractive enough for carriers. A low rate signals that it may be worth changing the rates, description, or publication time.
  • Identification of the best routes – The list of routes with the highest number of responses shows which directions are the most popular.
  • Quick reaction capability – Thanks to the “Last offer without responses” tile, you can immediately see which offers attracted no interest. Clicking the offer number takes you directly to its details in the Freight module – you can quickly adjust the parameters and republish.
