Booking in Loads4DRIVER - instructions for the driver

Who can use this function?

This function is available for drivers who have access to the Loads4DRIVER app.

During booking, the carrier can share the booking data with you directly in the Loads4DRIVER application. More information on this topic can be found here.

Handling bookings for drivers without an account:

  1. When the carrier provides you with the booking details, you will receive an SMS with a link to download the Loads4DRIVER application on your phone, along with a one-time access code for the booking.
  2. Click on the link in the message to download the application and install it on your device.
  3. Open the application, enter the code and your phone number, and then click the Get access button.

The first time you log into the app, you will go through account setup (access to location, load monitoring, battery management, etc.)

  1. The new booking will appear in the Tasks view in the Pending tab.
  1. Click on the task to view booking details.

You will find information here.

You will receive a notification every time the booking status changes.

  1. When the shipper completes the booking, the task will go to the Finished tab.

Completed tasks are sorted by date - from newest to oldest.

Adding a task using a code

  1. Log in to the app using Trans-ID.
  1. Click on the plus icon to add a task.

  1. Select Task from code from the menu.

  1. Complete the form by entering a one-time code and your phone number.

Click on the Add task button.

  1. You have added the booking to the task list.

  1. Select a booking from the list of pending tasks to view its details. You can create a route. To do so, click the Add route button.

  1. When creating a new route:
  • give it a name,
  • select a vehicle (if you do not have any vehicles added, you can do it in this step),
  • set the time for the route (e.g. one-day route, today).

Click the Proceed to set route points button.

  1. Set your route points using the plus icon.

You will receive a notification every time the booking status changes.

  1. Once the booking is completed, the task will go to the Finished tab.

You can view all the details of the completed booking by clicking on it.
