Booking List (Dock Scheduler) Report
Who can use this feature? The feature is available to users of the CargoON and Trans for Forwarders lines who have access to the Dock Scheduler product. Reports are visible to selected users designated by the company that ordered access. Learn more about the product BI Reports. |
With these reports, you can:
- check your warehouse performance,
- get a full picture of how each operation is handled,
- monitor cooperation with subcontractors.
Data source: Data comes from the Dock Scheduler module.
Data scope: Reports are based on bookings, include their numbers, and cover the entire booking creation process.
Based on the Booking List report, you can check:
- whether planned operations (deliveries or loading) were completed and the goods left for the customer,
- the number of bookings broken down by individual statuses (e.g., no vehicle, operation finished),
- the daily booking volume divided by status,
- which contractors most frequently book your warehouses.
Navigation in the Booking List report
To access the report, select the BI Reports module from the side menu, then the Dock Scheduler tab, and finally the Booking list tab.

The report consists of 4 sections:
- Booking by Status – a donut chart showing all bookings by their status.
- Daily Bookings Volume by Status – a bar chart showing daily booking numbers with statuses.
- Bookings Volume by Company – a chart showing the number of bookings by company.
- Bookings Table – a detailed list containing all booking information.
Setting the data analysis range
You can define the analysis range using filters.
- Click the filter icon in the right column to open report filter settings.

Filtering settings
- Warehouses
- Docks
- Carriers
- Booking statuses
- Define the time range in the Select date field above the charts:
- manual – enter the date range yourself in the Date range field,
- yesterday – data from the previous day will be displayed.
Booking by Status chart
The donut chart shows the total number of bookings divided by status. Data is presented according to the selected period and filters.
Booking statuses (colors as per legend):
- No vehicle – orange,
- Started – green,
- Refused – blue,
- Arrived – yellow,
- Left – navy,
- Incomplete – red,
- Finished – black.


Daily Booking Volume by Status chart
The bar chart shows the number of bookings made each day. The colors in the bars represent booking statuses, making it easy to compare their structure over time.
- Dates are shown at the bottom of the chart, corresponding to the booking days.
- The total value for each day is displayed above the bar, so you can quickly see the total number of bookings.
- The colors within the bars represent individual booking statuses – their height reflects the share of each status in the overall number of bookings.

Booking Volume by Company chart
The bar chart shows the number of bookings by company. This makes it easy to compare contractor activity and identify those generating the highest number of bookings.
At the very top, you will see the non-Trans.eu carrier entry, which includes carriers without an account on the Trans.eu Platform.

Bookings Table
This part of the report contains a detailed table presenting all information related to individual bookings. It includes:
- Booking number – unique booking ID,
- Date – planned arrival day,
- Warehouse – name of the facility where loading or unloading takes place,
- Street + Postal code – exact location,
- Trailer number,
- Truck number,
- Driver – name and surname of the person carrying out the transport,
- Phone – driver’s phone number,
- Carrier – name of the transport company,
- Carrier phone,
- Status – e.g., Left, No vehicle, Refused.

This table allows you to quickly get a complete overview of bookings – from contact details, through vehicle information, to the current status of the operation.
The Booking list report is a tool that combines clear visualizations with detailed operational data. It allows you to track booking statuses and analyze trends or contractor activity.
