Sending a request for a rating to the contractor

Who can use this feature?

The feature is available to all users of the Trans.eu Platform and CargoON.

This article will show you how to:

  • check which orders are waiting for a rating
  • send a request for a rating to a contractor
  • check if you have already given a rating for a specific order
  • send a reminder if the contractor has not given a rating

After completing the order, you and your contractor can give a cooperation rating. The contractor can also give a payment rating.

If the contractor has not yet done so, you can send them a request for a rating.

In the Ratings and references → Request a rating module, you will find all orders that are waiting for a rating from the contractor.

How to ask a contractor for a rating?

  1. Go to the Ratings and references module.
  2. Open the Request a rating tab.
  3. Find the order on the list.
  4. Click Request a rating in the Remaining column (you will see how much time is left to give a rating).
The contractor will receive the request in the messenger and can give a rating directly from the message. You will also see information about the rating given in the messenger.

Rating reminder

If the contractor has not given a rating and there are 24 hours or less left to give it, you can send a reminder.

  1. Go to the Request a rating tab in the Ratings and references module.
  2. Find the order on the list.
  3. Click Remind.

The reminder will be sent as another message in the messenger.

You can use the reminder option only once.

Your rating

The Your rating column is located in the Ratings and references module, in the Request a rating tab.

It shows whether you or someone from your company has already given a rating for a specific order. This allows you to quickly check the status of the review before sending a request for a rating.

Statuses in the Your rating column:

Cooperation rating

- Cooperation - the rating has been given. Hovering over the cursor will show the number of stars awarded.
- Rate cooperation - the rating has not yet been given. Clicking opens the rating panel.
- Grayed out button - means that the time for giving a rating has expired.

Payment rating:

- Payment - the rating has been given. Hovering over the cursor will show details, e.g. "Payment on time" or "Problem with payment".
- Rate payment - the button allows you to give a payment rating. If your role in the order does not allow you to rate payment, this option will not be visible.

Order rating

Appears when you have the option to give both a cooperation rating and a payment rating for a specific order, but have not yet given either of them

Rating notification in the messenger

Information about ratings also appears in the messenger.

When a contractor gives you a rating, you will receive a message regarding a specific order. It may contain, for example:

  • cooperation rating
  • information about payment on time
  • request for a rating sent to the contractor
  • reporting a problem with payment

The message always appears in the context of a specific order.
