Who can use this feature?

The feature is available to users of the TFF - Trans for Forwarders and TFC - Trans for Carriers lines.

This article will show you:

  • how to navigate the Fleet module,
  • how to set the visibility of vehicle registration numbers for contractors.

Fleet module is a place from which you can manage your fleet. Thanks to it:

  • you will assign vehicles to orders faster,
  • you will post vehicle offers directly from the fleet level,
  • you will link vehicles with routes and orders,
  • you will increase your chances of receiving load proposals from clients through the SmartMatch algorithm.

Select the Fleet module from the side menu. You will find there:

  1. Table of vehicles with registration number, kind, type, capacity of vehicles and information about telematics.
  2. Search field - especially useful when your fleet consists of many vehicles.
  3. Add vehicle button, which opens a form for adding a new vehicle to the fleet.

After clicking on the selected vehicle, a window with details will open.

From the Fleet module you can also add a vehicle offer or go to the Freight Exchange. To do this, click on the 3-dot icon and select the appropriate action.

Visibility of registration numbers

In addition to managing vehicles, you can also decide whether information about registration numbers from your fleet will be visible to contractors.

  1. Click on the avatar and then go to Settings.

  1. In the settings window, select the Fleet tab and decide on the visibility of registration numbers.
  • Enable this option so that your business partners in the Contractors module can see the registration numbers of vehicles in your Fleet.
  • Disable this option and your contractors will not see the registration numbers of vehicles.

In the view below, you can see both variants of the setting:

  • on the left (1) - option disabled: registration numbers are not visible to contractors.
  • on the right (2) - option enabled: contractors see the registration numbers of your vehicles in the Contractors module.

The fleet list will also include those vehicles that have been shared with you by another company. You will recognize such a vehicle by the Shared annotation and its name will be grayed out.
