Basic information about the widget

Add the Most active carriers widget to your Dashboard to track which carriers interact with you most often during handling orders (e.g. confirm arrival, unloading, etc.).

The Most active carriers widget:

  • belongs to the Orders category widgets,
  • is dedicated to contractors,
  • presents data collected on the basis of all types of orders in the last 90 days,
  • shows data for the entire company and the user,
  • provides historical data,
  • you can add it to your Dashboard more than once.

Widget navigation

The main elements of the Most active carriers widget are:

  1. List of carriers - displays up to 10 carriers. The list is presented as a table with the following columns:
  • Company name - carrier company
  • Events - the number of specific actions related to the order execution performed by the carrier on the platform. Multiple events can occur for a single order (e.g. status updates - arrival for loading, unloading - for one transport)
  • Orders - the number of handled orders assigned to a company or user.
  • AT (activity type) - activity ratio, i.e. the ratio of the number of events to orders, which is illustrated with a thumb icon (thumb up for high activity, thumb down for low activity, and no thumb for average activity).

  1. Filters: click on the blue arrow to open the filter window. Options include: view (for the user or for the company) and display (you can choose the type of sorting: most events, least events, most active, least active).

  1. Status as of - day for which the data is presented

How to analyze data?

  1. To facilitate data analysis, add the widget twice (you can add the widget up to 9 times).
You can learn how to add the widget to your Dashboard from the article Widgets - basic information.
  1. Click the arrow icon and go to filters.

Set the user view on one widget, and the company view on the other.

You will quickly find out which view is enabled by checking the icons - person (user view) or building (company view) - placed in the lower left corner of the widget.

  1. In the filters, choose the type of sorting.

Example

Filter settings:

(1) View: Company, display: Most events.

(2) View: User, display: Most events.

  • The number of events shows how active and engaged the carrier is in the process of handling the order.
  • The number of orders shows the total number of tasks that the carrier has completed or is handling. Each order can generate multiple events.
  • A high activity rate may suggest that the carrier is more engaged and thorough in handling orders, actively communicating and updating statuses on the platform.

You might consider assigning more orders to the carrier Trans.eu DRIVE, as their performance indicator suggests better communication and engagement in handling orders.

You can add the widget up to 9 times, which means you can create any combination of data. Example: (1)View: Company, display: Most events. (2)View: User, display: Most events. (3) View: Company, display: Most active. (4) View: Company, display: Least active.

With such analysis, you can:

  • identify which carriers are the most committed and accurate in handling orders,
  • prioritize cooperation with more active and committed carriers, which can improve the overall efficiency of the transport process,
  • build solid relationships with carriers, which can lead to long-term cooperation.

By choosing the most active and efficient carriers, you can ensure more reliable and on-time deliveries, which can increases the satisfaction of your end customers.
