Searching for load offers in Trans.eu application

In this article, you will learn:
- how to search for freight offers in the Trans.eu application,
- how to use search filters and manage notifications,
- how to share freight offers,
- how to calculate route costs.
Freight offers in the application
In the Freight offers module, you will find public and private freight offers (the same as on the Trans.eu Platform).
Offers are divided into two tabs:
- Exchange - a list of public freight offers.
- Private exchange - a list of offers available only to selected companies.
Freight offers - Search tab
The Search tab is visible immediately after launching the application.
If you are in another section:
- Click the Offers module (first icon at the bottom left),
- Select the Search tab.
Using filters defined on the Platform
You can use filters saved in the web version of the Platform (they are synchronized automatically).
- In the Search tab, click Set filters.
- Select a filter from the list of active filters.
After selecting, you will see offers matching the chosen parameters.
Adding a new search filter
To create a new filter:
- Click Set filters.
- Select Add exchange search filter.
- Fill in the search criteria.
- loading/unloading date range,
- additional vehicle parameters (with the "show only" option),
- financial services (QuickPay, Bonabanco, SafePay),
- contractor rating,
- freight price.
- Click Search.
The results matching the selected parameters will appear on the screen.
Notifications about new offers
Notifications are enabled by default (also in the background).
To disable them:
- click the bell icon.
After disabling, you will see a crossed-out bell icon.
Private tab
If your company has been added to a private exchange by the shipper, you will see offers in the Private tab.
To go to this section:
- Click the Offers icon,
- Select the Private tab.
Filtering freight offers from the private exchange
You can narrow down the list of private freight offers by applying additional filters.
- Click Filters.
- Set the criteria you are interested in.
- Click Search.
- loading/unloading date range,
- additional vehicle parameters (with the "show only" option),
- financial services (QuickPay, Bonabanco, SafePay),
- contractor rating,
- freight price.
Offer details
Click on a selected offer to view its details.
In this view, you can:
- contact the contractor,
- negotiate, accept, or reject the offer,
- calculate the route cost.
To see additional options (sharing the freight or hiding offers from this person):
- click the three dots icon at the top of the screen.
Additional offer information:
You can find it by going to individual tabs:
- Route - check the route on the map.
- Details - find additional information about the offer.
- Company - check information about the shipper.
- Ratings - find detailed information about the company’s rating on the Trans.eu Platform.
- Negotiations - negotiations conducted by you and your company’s employees.
- Employees - a list of company employees.
