  2. Data range filters - available by clicking the blue arrow.

You can set:

  • data presentation method (for the Company or user),
  • view (quantitative or percentage),
  • range (last 7 days or last 4 weeks),
  • data series (acceptance of offers, negotiation of offers, responses to inquiries, issuing ratings, receiving ratings).

  1. Data source refresh date.

How to analyze data?

  1. To make data analysis easier, add the widget twice (you can add the widget up to 9 times).
You can learn how to add a widget in the article Widgets – basic information,

  1. For each widget, configure the filter settings.
Example: For the purposes of this article, the selected data range is:
(1) Quantitative view for the Company account, for negotiation of offers from the last 4 weeks.
(2) Quantitative view for the Company account, for negotiation of offers from the last 7 days.

  • The chart bars show data for specific periods (weeks or days of the week).
  • The values on the yellow or orange background (expressed as a percentage or number) refer to actions that have been started (e.g. accepted offers, offers under negotiation).
  • The value on the gray background refers to actions that have not been taken (e.g. offers not accepted yet, offers for which no negotiations have been taken).
  • The total value of all actions in a given data series is displayed on each bar.

If you want to check what a specific value refers to, hover your mouse over the selected section of the chart.

By analyzing the data presented in the widget, you can:

  • compare the performance of a given data series over time,
  • check how many actions are being processed and how many remain untouched,
  • identify areas that require action to improve transactionality and, consequently, your level of transparency.
