Who can use this function?

This function is available to all users of the Trans.eu and CargoON Platform.

Basic information about the widget

Add the What's new? widget to your Dashboard to have quick access to information about new products and improvements implemented on the Trans.eu Platform.

What's new? widget:

  • belongs to widgets from the Information category,
  • is addressed to contractors and carriers,
  • presents information about new functionalities on the Platform,
  • shows historical data,
  • can be added to your Dashboard only once.

Widget navigation

The main elements of the widget are:

  1. Categories of information you can switch between.
  2. The message, which, depending on the category, is presented in a different way. Messages are adjusted to your product line. We display them in Polish (if you have such a language set on the Platform) or in English (for English and other language versions).
  3. The Help button, which reveals a tab explaining what you can find in each widget category.

Information categories

  1. News - in this tab we present the latest implementations on the Trans.eu platform. In our step-by-step instructions, we show in detail how the new functionalities work and what benefits they bring.

This section is updated with new content immediately after changes are made to the Platform.

In this tab you will find:

  • information in which module something new was introduced (e.g. Dock Scheduler),
  • the name of the new functionality (e.g. Warehouse occupancy and availability), its short description sometimes enriched with graphics.
  • Learn more button which takes you to a detailed article in the Help Center.
If you see a slider under the button, it means there is more information in this category (2 in this example). To go to the next message, click the arrow.

  1. Tutorials - this is a category with educational materials that make it easier for you to become familiar with the platform. Here you can find manuals on basic functionalities and settings.

Materials are displayed on the list. After clicking on the selected topic, you will be redirected to the article in the Help Center.

The topics we include in the tutorials are the most frequently asked questions about the Platform by our users.

  1. Do you know that? In this section you can find useful tips and information about solutions that will allow you to use the platform's functions optimally, increase the efficiency of your work and achieve better results.

In this tab you can find:

  • information in which module you can use the tip (e.g. Freights),
  • the name of the tip (e.g. Maximum transit time), its short description, which is sometimes enriched with graphics.
  • Learn more button which redirects you to a detailed article in the Help Center.
If you see a slider under the button, it means there is more information in this category (7 in the example). To go to the next message, click the arrow.

  1. Updates - a summary of the latest changes on the platform. If for some reason you missed the news in the What's new section or want to go back to it, you can find it here.

Updates are displayed on the list. After clicking on the selected topic, you will be taken to the article in the Help Center.
