Basic information about the widget

Add the widget Last posted load to your Dashboard to check the key information about your last freight publication, most of which is not available in the freight list view – such as the number of replies, negotiations, and the time remaining until loading.

Last posted load widget:

  • belongs to the Freights category widgets,
  • is intended for shippers,
  • presents data collected on the basis of freight offers published on the exchange,
  • presents data for the entire company and the user,
  • presents data in real time,
  • can be added to your Dashboard only once.

Widget navigation

The main elements for the default widget view of the Last posted load widget are:

  1. Tiles with the summary of the latest publication:
  • Freight number (if you are a contact person, the freight number is clickable - opens the publication details in the Freights module in a new window).
  • Publication status (new, pending publication, active, accepted, failed publication, archived, deleted).
  • Publication date.
  • Refresh date.
  • Publication type (e.g. group, exchange, direct).
  • Price.
  • Negotiations count.
  • Replies count (number of conversations within the publication).
  • Route (first and last point of operation).
  • Time remaining Until loading.
  1. Refresh option to update the data displayed on the widget.
  2. Filters - click the blue arrow to open filters such as: View (User, Company), Show as (All, Only active), Offers view (Newest offer, Offers list).

The Offers list view shows the last 10 freights from the last 90 days.

The data is presented in the form of a table with the following columns:

  • Freight number (if you are a contact person, the freight number is clickable - opens the publication details in the Freights module in a new window).
  • Direction - first and last point of the operation.
  • Negotiations count.
  • Replies count.
  • Time remaining Until loading.

If more than one operating point is planned on a given route, a three-dot icon will appear next to the route - this means that the route has more loading and unloading places.

How to analyze data

To learn how to add the widget to the Dashboard, see article Widgets - basic information.

When analyzing data in tiles, pay attention to the number of negotiations, replies and the time remaining until loading. This information is crucial for assessing whether a publication is effective or requires some action (e.g. raising or changing prices).

If you want to compare the latest freight with others, switch to the Offers list view, which shows the last 10 published offers from the last 90 days.
