Automation of the request for entry execution data before sending order terms

To automate the process of obtaining entry execution data, such as vehicle registration numbers, before sending order terms, configure settings in the relevant modules on the Platform.
Automation allows for more efficient execution of tasks, saving time and eliminating the need to go through all the stages of order execution.

Configure settings in the Freights module

  1. Click on the avatar with your photo or initials.
  2. Select Settings from the list.

  1. Select the Freights module from the list of settings.

    Configuration options:
  • Enabled: when a freight offer is accepted, an order is sent to the contractor immediately
  • Disabled: after accepting the freight offer, the order is not sent, the ordering party must first send the terms of the order.

Please note!
In order for the Ask for entry execution data option to be active, the option to automatically send the order should be disabled.

Configure settings in the Orders module

  1. Click on the avatar with your photo or initials.
  2. Select Settings from the list.
  3. Select the Orders module from the list.
  4. Go to the Request for entry execution data tab.
  • From the list, select the option for the entry execution data is to be completed and sent by the carrier

Remember to have this option enabled - after accepting the freight automatically, send the contractor a request for entry execution data. If this option is not enabled, no such request will be sent.

Completion of entry execution data in the messenger chat window by the contractor

If both parties to the transaction accept the freight terms on the Platform, the ordering party may ask the contractor for entry execution data for verification purposes before sending the terms of the order.

  1. The messenger window will show what data is being requested by the ordering party.

Example 1

Request for vehicle registration number.

  • Enter the registration number of the vehicle carrying out the transport in the field provided and Save.
  • You can go directly from the message to the Orders module. Simply click on the ‘orders’ word.

  • Information can be added only once, after clicking on the filled field, the message "Information has already been added" will appear.

Example 2

Request for entry execution data.

  • Click on Add information.

  • A window will appear asking you to fill in the information requested by the ordering party, mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
  • Once these have been completed, click on Send.

Once the entry execution data has been completed and sent, the ordering party will have access to it in the chat window of the messenger.

The completed entry execution data will also be saved in the order.
