Basic information about the widget

Add the Trans Alert widget to your Dashboard to set up your own alerts for important events on the Trans.eu Platform.

Trans Alert widget:

  • is one of the widgets in the Information category,
  • is intended for all users of the Trans.eu Platform,
  • presents data in real time,
  • can be added to your Dashboard only once.

Widget navigation

Main elements of the widget:

  1. Bar with the alerts you have set up (you can add up to 5 notifications).
  2. Fields for entering data: Enter the time and Enter the notification content.
  3. Buttons to set an alert, clear its content, delete it or save changes.
  4. Chart in the form of a tachograph along with a slider that allows you to set the time of the notification. You can toggle the time or countdown setting on the tachograph.

How to set up an alert with Trans Alert

  1. Add the Trans Alert widget to your Dashboard.

  1. The alert time can be set in two places:
  • In the time field - by entering the time manually or selecting from the drop-down list.
  • On the tachograph - you can use the slider or click on the time of your choice.

You can set up alerts up to 8 hours ahead.
On the tachograph, you can select the bell icon to set a notification for a specific time, or the timer icon to set a notification that will turn on after a specific time.

  1. Type the notification content in the field and click Set an alert.
If you want to delete the notification, click the Clear button.
  1. The added alert is located in the top bar.
  1. You can change the time by 5 minutes forward or backward using the plus or minus buttons.
    Once you have made your changes, click the Save changes button.

If you want to delete the notification, click the Clear alert button.

  1. To add another alert, click on Set an alert.

Example of setting up notifications with Trans Alert:

You can add up to 5 alerts.
Depending on the type of notification used, they are distinguished by the respective icons (setting the specific time - bell, setting the countdown - timer).

Launching alerts

  1. The alert is displayed on the monitor screen at the specified time.
  2. To turn it off, click the Confirm button.
    You can also select Remind me to postpone the reminder for 5, 10, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours.
    It is not possible to cancel the alert.

The alert will appear at a set time, regardless of where you are on the Platform and what task you are working on (e.g. adding an offer or negotiating a rate).

  1. If you exit the Platform without postponing or confirming the alert, it will appear as skipped the next time you log in. The skipped notification will remain visible until you turn it off by clicking the Confirm button.

The Dashboard module is a valuable tool that not only provides you with information about your processes, but also supports you in your daily work, even when using other features of the Platform.

By setting up your own alerts, you can customize them to suit your needs and manage your time and tasks more efficiently.

This allows you to focus on your priorities and make sure you don't miss any important tasks.
