What is the SafePay service
SafePay is a new service available on the Trans.eu Platform that increases the financial security of carriers. It ensures that you will receive payment for completed transport if you cooperate with a contractor marked with the SafePay symbol.
If the client fails to pay, the funds – in accordance with the service terms – are disbursed by our partner Pactus.eu. It is a simple solution that allows carriers to focus on fulfilling orders without worrying about timely payments.
How the SafePay service works
The process of using SafePay is fast and transparent:
- Conclude a transaction with a contractor marked with the SafePay symbol on the Platform.
- Complete the order and issue an invoice.
- Find the freight on the accepted offers list and click the “€” icon, then Submit the invoice to SafePay.
- Submit an online payout request through the form in the Pactus Client Panel.
- Receive the payout of funds.
SafePay label on the Platform
To easily identify and use the service, the SafePay symbol and related information appear in several places on the Platform:
- Create freight form – an information bar is displayed for companies with a positive SafePay verification status (Forwarder role).
- Advanced search filters – in the Payment reliability section you can select the SafePay option, then click Search to view results.
- Offer list (Search loads module) – the SafePay label appears in the Publication price section.
- Offer details (drawer) – in the Basic information section under Date of payment.
