Installation and download of the Loads2GO! application

Who can use Loads2GO!?

Mobile application is addressed to carriers using the Trans.eu Platform.

The Loads2GO! application is free of charge for Trans.eu Platform subscribers. It is available for smartphones with Google Android (version 8.0 or later) and iOS (version 11.0 or later), with Internet access.

Download the application to your device for free:

Downloading, installing and logging in to the application

  1. Make sure you have active data transfer enabled or a Wi-Fi connection on your phone.
  2. Download the application to your phone by clicking one of the links below:

  1. Follow the instructions given.
  2. Once the installation is complete, run the application.
  3. Click the "Log in" button.
To use the application, you need to have an account on the Trans.eu Platform. If you do not have one, click the "Register" button on your phone or click here. You can also call us at +48 71 734 17 00.
  1. Enter your TransID and password that you use to log in to the Trans.eu Platform and click "Log in".
Forgot your passowrd?
- Click on "Forgot your password" and follow the instructions on the screen,
or
- use the data recovery link.

  1. If you are logging in from your phone for the first time, you will be asked to choose the way of receiving a confirmation code from us. You have two options available:
  • sms code - if you click this button, you will receive the confirmation code from us in a text message (sent to the phone number displayed on the button),
  • e-mail - if you select this button, we will send the confirmation code to your e-mail address (displayed on the button).

  1. Enter the confirmation code you receive and click the "Confirm" button.
