Installation and download of the Trans.eu application

Who can use the Trans.eu application?

The mobile application is intended for carriers using the Trans.eu Platform.

The Trans.eu application is free for Trans.eu Platform subscribers.

It can be used on smartphones with:

  • Google Android (version 8.0 or newer)
  • iOS (version 11.0 or newer),

and with Internet access.

Downloading and installing the application

  1. Make sure you have an active Internet connection (data transfer or Wi-Fi).
  2. Download the application using one of the links below:
  1. Install the application by following the on-screen instructions.
  2. After installation is complete, launch the application.
  3. Click the Log in button.
To use the application, you must have an account on the Trans.eu Platform.
If you don’t have one:
- select the Register button in the application, or
- go to the online registration form,

Logging in to the application

  1. Enter your TransID and password (the same as for the Trans.eu Platform).
  2. Click Log in.
Forgot your password?

You can:

- click Forgot password and follow the on-screen instructions,

- use the password recovery form.

First login (verification)

  1. During the first login on a device, you will be asked to choose a verification method:
  • SMS code – you will receive a code to the phone number assigned to your account,
  • e-mail - the code will be sent to the e-mail address assigned to your account.

  1. Enter the received verification code and click Confirm.

After logging in, you will see the main screen of the application, which allows you to:

  1. search for freight offers in the Trans.eu application,
  2. filter freight offers.
