Who can use this feature?

This feature is available to users of the CargoON and TFF - Trans for Forwarders product lines with Visibility Monitoring purchased (as a microtransaction or package) and to users of the TFC - Trans for Carriers product line.

In this article, you will learn:

  • what the map view is
  • how to enable and configure the map view
  • how to filter information in the map view

Map view is a feature that allows the customer to monitor and manage multiple transports at the same time on a single map. This feature provides quick access to information about vehicle locations, estimated arrival times, and any incidents or problems on the route.

The Platform offers two options for displaying data: table and map, allowing you to customize the presentation to suit your preferences.

Important!

To make the vehicle appear on the map:

- Go to the New tab
- Check if your contractor has provided the vehicle registration number (which we will use to verify that vehicle monitoring is technically possible).
- Give consent to transport monitoring, without it the vehicle will not be visible
- If all data is correct, the transport will appear in the Active tab and will be visible on the map after receiving the first position of the vehicle from the GPS system.

Enabling the map view

To use this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Trans.eu Platform
  2. From the menu on the left, select the Transports in realization module.
  3. Go to the Active tab and check your list of transports (if the list is empty, there will be no information about vehicles on the map).
  4. In the upper right corner, select the view option: Map.
