Pop-up menu in the exchange offer table

Who can use this function?

Function available to all users of the Trans.eu Platform and CargoON.

Read the below instructions to learn how to:

  • add offers to the watch list
  • hide the company's offers
  • report a problem with an offer

Add offers to the watch list

If any of the offers catches your eye while browsing the Search loads module, you can add it to your watch list. To do this, in the pop-up menu, click on the 3-dot icon and select Add to watched.

If you have the details view of an offer open, you can add it to your favourites by clicking More -> Add to favourites button.

Offers added to the watch list can be found in the Under negotiation and watched tab.

Note! Offers you are negotiating are also automatically placed in the Under negotiation and watched tab.
Remember! Offers that have been accepted or removed from the exchange will disappear from the watch list. The same situation applies to offers for which the loading date has expired.

If you no longer wish to watch a particular offer, please click on the crossed-out star icon in the Under negotiation and watched tab. The offer will be removed from watched and will disappear from this tab.

Hide the company's offers on the exchange

In both the Search loads and the Vehicle exchange module, the User with the Administrator role can hide the offer of a given company, thus stopping cooperation with it. To do this, from the pop-up menu of the selected offer, click on the 3-dot icon and choose Hide offers from this company.

In the next window, indicate the reason for suspending the cooperation and then click Suspend cooperation.

In order to display this company's offers again in the Search loads module, the following two options are available:

  1. Filter the exchange offer table, go to MORE FILTERS and select show hidden.
In the above case, cooperation with the company is still suspended.
  1. Go to the Contractors module and resume cooperation with the given company. Read this article to learn how to do it. In this case, resuming the cooperation will allow the offers of that company to be displayed regularly in the exchange table.
Remember! As in the case of suspending cooperation, it can be resumed only by the User acting as the Administrator.

Report a problem with an offer

If you come across an offer that breaches the regulations, you can report it. Click on the 3-dot icon next to the chosen offer and select Report offer.

Specify the reason and then click Report a problem.

Once you report a problem with an offer, we will review the respective company. You can report only one company per day.
