Who can use this feature?

The feature is available to all users of the Trans.eu and CargoON Platforms.

Context menu in the exchange table — feature description

  1. In the Search loads module, display the exchange table.
  2. Select the context menu
  • Send message - Lets you quickly contact the ordering party. You can ask whether the offer is still valid, about the rate, load details, or cooperation terms.
  • Add to watched - Adds the offer to the watched list. This makes it easy to return to it and track its status.
Additional information

You can find watched offers in the In negotiation and watched tab.

Note! The In negotiation and watched tab also includes offers you are negotiating.

Remember! Accepted offers and those removed from the exchange will disappear from watched. The same applies to offers whose loading date has passed.

If you no longer want to watch an offer, in the In negotiation and watched tab click the star icon. The offer will be removed from watched.

  • Share link to offer - Creates a direct link to the offer. You can send it to other people (e.g., a dispatcher or a driver).
  • Share route via SMS - Sends the route (loading–unloading) in an SMS. Most often used to pass information to the driver.
  • Print offer details and company data - Creates a print version with load details and information about the ordering party. Useful for documentation.
  • Report a problem with the offer Used to report issues: outdated offer, incorrect data, suspicious content, or technical problems.
After you report it, we will analyze the given company. You can report only one company per day.
  • Block - Blocks offers from the selected ordering party. They will not be displayed in future searches.

Hiding a company's offers

  1. In the Search loads and Vehicle exchange modules, a user with the Administrator role can hide offers from a given company. Choosing this function pauses cooperation with the selected company.
  2. Click the context menu icon next to the offer and select Hide offers from this company.
  3. Select the reason for pausing cooperation and click Pause cooperation.

To see offers from this company again, you have two options:

  1. In the exchange filters, go to MORE FILTERS and check show hidden.
Cooperation with the company will still remain paused.
  1. In the Contractors module, resume cooperation with the company. You can learn how to do this in this article. After resuming, the company's offers will be displayed normally.
Remember! Only an Administrator can pause and resume cooperation.

If you find an offer that violates the regulations, you can report it. Click the 3 dots icon next to the offer and select Report a problem with the offer.
