Basic information about the widget

Add the Punctuality rate widget to your Dashboard to constantly monitor your company's punctuality status and stay competitive with other contractors.

Punctuality rate widget:

  • belongs to the Orders category of widgets,
  • is dedicated to contractors,
  • presents data collected on the basis of the monitoring certificate and transports handled on time,
  • shows data for the entire company,
  • presents historical data,
  • can be added to your Dashboard only once.

The main elements of the widget include:

  1. Information on the percentage punctuality rate. Badges are awarded based on the punctuality certificate.
  2. Information on the number of monitored transports.
  3. Information on the number of transports that arrived for unloading on time in the transport task.
  4. Information on the number of transports that did not arrive on time for unloading in the transport task.
Depending on your punctuality percentage rate, you can receive the following badges:
- Gold (1), when your punctuality is 99%. You will receive this badge after your first on-time arrival for loading in a transport task that was monitored using GPS
- Silver (2), for punctuality from 97%. The system will recalculate after each completed transport task that was monitored.
-Bronze (3), if punctuality starts from 95%.

If your punctuality is below 95%, the percentage will be displayed in place of the badge on the widget.

How to analyze data

Sharing a GPS signal with clients builds trust. The punctuality certificate distinguishes your company from the competition. Clients are much more willing to choose carriers who offer the possibility to monitor handling orders in real time.

The Punctuality rate widget provides current data that allows you to monitor your company's punctuality rate. Thanks to the clearly presented information, you can immediately identify which factors influenced the result (number of transports, on time and delayed transports). This enables you to quickly respond to declines in the punctuality rate and take appropriate actions.

Analyzing the punctuality of your transports allows for effective optimization of operational activities, which translates into higher quality of services and increased competitiveness on the market.
