Basic information about the widget

Add the Missed opportunities widget to your Dashboard to take advantage of every opportunity to profit. Check how much you can potentially lose by not responding to offers from private groups, fixed routes, and direct offers.

The Missed opportunities widget:

  • belongs to the Freights category widgets,
  • is created for carriers,
  • presents data collected on the basis of offers submitted as part of fixed routes, private groups or direct offers that the carrier accepted, negotiated, conducted conversations about on the messenger (without negotiations) or left unanswered,
  • shows data for the entire company and the user,
  • presents historical data,
  • can be added to your Dashboard multiple times (up to 9 times).

Widget navigation

The main elements of the widget are:

  1. The area showing missed opportunities, including:
  • The estimated total loss resulting from not accepted offers
  • A breakdown of this total into three categories:

Offers not accepted that ended at the negotiation level.

Offers not accepted that ended at the conversation level.

Offers not accepted to which there was no reaction.

Data is presented in two forms:

  • As percentage - the share of a given category in the total number of offers,
  • As a value of loads (for completed offers) - or an estimated valuation (for unfulfilled ones, recalculated based on the date of loading or freight publication) calculated after the loading date - if there was one - or after the freight publication date.

All amounts are rounded - the exact value can be checked by hovering the cursor over the value.
  1. Ratio of offers sent to you

This is a percentage indicator of accepted offers (green part of the bar) and not accepted offers (gray part of the bar).

  1. Data range filters - available by clicking the blue arrow.

There you will set:

  • the way data is presented (for the company or for the user),
  • the currency (PLN or EUR)
  1. The Refresh option, allowing you to update the data displayed in the widget.

How to analyze data?

  1. To make data analysis easier, add the widget twice (you can add the widget up to 9 times).
You can learn how to add a widget to the Dashboard in the article Widgets - basic information.
  1. Configure filter settings for each widget.

You can compare your potential losses against the entire company and identify which types of offers generate the least profit.

Example:

The user only responded to 25% of the offers sent to them directly. The remaining 75% of the offers can generate a profit of 3,692 EUR, but if they do not respond to these offers, they will incur a potential loss of this amount.

The user will lose the largest part of this amount - 67% (2,411 EUR) - by not responding to offers. 1,281 EUR is a potential loss from offers that were negotiated but ultimately not accepted. 0 0 EUR for offers in which negotiations were held but did not end with a transaction means that there were no such offers.

This visualization helps the user see that the greatest losses come from not responding to offers.

The Missed opportunities widget:

  • enables a quick analysis of offers that are worth considering to minimize losses,
  • shows the potential profits that can be gained by responding to a larger number of offers,
  • helps identify key areas to focus on for maximum profits.
