Who can use this function?

Function available to all users of the Trans.eu Platform and CargoON whose company has not been authorized.

For your safety and the safety of our users, only companies that pass the authorization process are granted access to the Platform. Every company must be authorized. Your company will be subject to this process even after registering a new account.

Notifications about the authorization process

Depending on the country of registration of your company and the process of data verification at the stage of creating a new company account, you may see one of the following notifications at the top of the screen after logging in to the Trans.eu Platform:

Account not authorized

Some functions are now unavailable to you. You will get full access after authorizing your account.

This means that we will verify your company information and identity. If the company has a seniority of less than 1 year, we may ask you to provide additional documents, such as references from contractors or other documentation confirming the validity and reliability of the company's registration data.

Authorization required

In order to activate all functionalities of the Trans.eu Platform, you need to authorize your company.

This type of message indicates that you can perform the authorization yourself.

  1. Click the Authorize button
  2. Depending on the country where the company is registered, we will ask you to:
make a return transfer for 1 PLN from your company account (Przelewy24)
Fast payments are handled by Przelewy24. All you need to do is to select from the list of available banks the one that supports your company account. The transfer will be seen with by us almost immediately. We will return the transfer amount to you as soon as your company details are confirmed.

log in to the institution where your company has an account (GoCardless)
The service of automatic verification of your data is provided by GoCardless S.A.S. All you need to do is to select from the list of available institutions the one where your company has an account and log in there.

Authorization failed

We could not authorize your company, please contact Customer Service on +44 (0) 203 80 85 086

If you see this message, it means that there were technical or formal difficulties and the authorization failed. In such a situation, please contact us in one of the three ways available:
