Multi-freight offer for a fixed route

Updated 1 day ago by Katarzyna

Who can use this feature?

The feature is available to all CargoON users and to users of the TFF (Trans for Forwarders) product line who have the following add-ons enabled:

- Multifreight,

- ARS - Solutions automating the publication of freight offers (fixed routes and automatic rules).

From this article you will learn:

  • how to publish a multifreight offer within a fixed route.

If you already have carrier-accepted fixed route terms (contracts), you can start publishing multifreights within them.

You can do this in two ways:

  • by creating a new freight offer and selecting the Fixed routes publication mode,
  • by entering the details of the selected fixed route and publishing the freight offer from there (this option is described below)

Create a multifreight for a fixed route

Go to the Fixed routes module.

  1. In the Active tab, select the fixed route to which you want to add a multifreight.
  2. Click More, then Create freight in the route details, to add an offer.
  3. In the freight creation form, in the Vehicle requirements section, select the multifreight option.
  4. In the Transport details section, enter the number of haulages to be carried out.
  5. On the right side, you can set the Haulage limit for the contractor (the minimum and maximum number of haulages per contractor).
  6. Fill in the remaining required data in the form.
  7. Click Publish freight.

You can find a preview of the offer in the Freights module, in the Added tab.

When publishing, you can set the total number of haulages to be carried out. The system automatically updates the pool of available haulages as they are assigned to carriers.
You can also publish a multifreight offer automatically using an automatic rule.
