Who can use this function?

The function is available to all users of the Trans.eu Platform and CargoON.

From this article you will learn how to report a debtor to debt collection.

Reporting the debtor to debt collection

To use debt collection services, follow these steps:​

  1. From the menu, select the Debt Collection Pactus.eu module.

  1. We will redirect you to the Pactus.eu website.
  • If you are going to use Pactus.eu Debt Collection for the first time, click the Sign in with TransId button.

  1. You can report a debtor by clicking on Report a debt and filling in the form.
