Set a route and filter offers on the map

Who can use this function?

This function is available to freight forwarders (TFF - Trans for Forwarders) and carriers (TFC - Trans for Carriers).

From this article you will learn how to:

  • set a route
  • calculate route costs
  • filter offers based on a set route

Set a route

  1. Go to the Maps module. Specify the start and end point.

To add another point, click on Add waypoint and indicate its location.

  1. Select a vehicle in the Route summary.

Calculation of route costs

  1. When the route is set up, it is possible to calculate the cost of travelling along it. Fill in the amount per kilometre and select the currency.

Filtering offers based on the set route

  1. Select one of the available options:
  • Search in points

  • Search on route

  • Hide offers

If you want to display the map for quick overview, you can opt out of displaying load offers on the map by clicking on Do not show loads offers.
Filtering offers by very detailed parameters takes place on the Load exchange.

In the Maps module, you can filter offers by basic parameters:

  • Radius (up to 300 km)
  • Type of vehicle body
  • Body type
  • Weight

Once the relevant parameters is set, the number of exchange offers available in the selected area is displayed on the map.

  1. Select a particular number on the map to display a list of offers.

  1. Select the offer that interests you.

In the details drawer, you can send a price proposal and contact the person publishing the load via messenger.
