Search, filter and archive fixed routes

Who can use this function?

  • Function is available to all CargoON users (shippers) who have access to the Fixed routes with carriers module.

From this article you will learn how to:

  • search for fixed routes
  • filter fixed routes in the search box
  • edit multiple fixed routes at once

Search for fixed routes

In the Fixed routes with carriers module, go to the Active or Archive tab. Enter a phrase in the search box: route name, loading or unloading place. The results will appear in the list below.

Filter fixed routes

If you want to find routes that match your specific search criteria - use the filters. Click the FILTERS button.

Complete the filter criteria and click Show results. Only fixed routes that match these criteria will be displayed in the list.

The criteria you have entered will appear below the search box. You can delete them by clicking on the 'x' symbol next to their name.

Bulk operations on multiple fixed routes

From the list, select the fixed routes for which you wish to make changes. You can do this by filtering or by manually clicking the checkbox next to the given routes.

To make the same changes to multiple fixed routes at once, use the bulk actions available:

  1. Add carrier to fixed routes to send a fixed route proposal to several carriers simultaneously

  • Once the fixed route has been sent, a confirmation will appear on the Platform.

  1. Archive fixed routes to move offers to the Archive tab

  • Confirm your decision in the dialog window

Bulk changes can take from a few seconds to several minutes depending on how many routes you are archiving. You will be notified when the process is complete.

  • The selected fixed routes will be moved to the Archive tab, where search and filter options are also available
