Who can use this feature?

The feature is available to all users of the Trans.eu Platform and CargoON.

This article will show you how to:

  • find orders waiting for a rating.
  • submit a rating for a contractor,
  • submit a rating from the order level,
  • submit one rating for multiple orders.

After completing the order, you can submit a rating for the contractor. Ratings help other Platform users assess the quality of cooperation and increase transaction transparency.

Ratings can be submitted after the order unloading date.

They are given on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, where:

  • 1 star - lowest rating
  • 5 stars - highest rating.


Rating filtering

  1. From the menu on the left, select Ratings and references.
  2. Go to the Submit rating tab.
  3. Click Filters.
  4. Select the role in which you want to submit a rating:
  • principal,
  • mandatory,
  • both roles.
  1. Additionally, set the data range
  2. Click Show results.

The list will show you transactions waiting for a rating and the time remaining to submit it.

  1. Select the transaction you want to rate from the list and click on it.

How to submit a rating for a contractor

  1. Select the order from the list.
  2. Submit a rating on a star scale.
  3. If the rating is lower than the maximum, you can indicate a reason or add a comment.
  4. Click Save.

After saving the rating:

  • the status on the list will change to rated,
  • the undo option is active for a few seconds.

After this time, the rating cannot be edited.

Submitting ratings as Principal
- You have 60 days from the unloading date to submit a rating for cooperation.
- If the rating is lower than the maximum, you can indicate a reason, e.g.: (communication, care for goods, timeliness of transport).
- You can add a comment.
Submitting ratings as Mandatory
- You have 120 days from the unloading date to submit a rating.
- When submitting a rating, you can indicate the payment status: (on time, delayed, not paid).

Submitting a rating from the Orders module

You can also submit a rating directly from the order level.

  1. From the menu on the left, select Orders.
  2. Go to the Sent tab.
  3. Find the order and open its details.
  4. In the details, find the option to submit a rating, along with the time remaining to submit the rating.

The ability to rate a contractor after completing a service is a tool that contributes to increasing the security of transactions concluded on the Freight and Vehicle Exchange.

Collective submission of a positive rating

If you have several unrated transactions with the same contractor, you can submit a rating for multiple orders at once.

  1. Submit a 5-star cooperation rating for one order.
  2. The system will check if you have other unrated orders with the same contractor, in which you are in the same business relationship (e.g. as principal and carrier).
  3. If such orders exist, a window will appear with information about the number of transactions waiting for a rating.
  4. You can decide whether you want to apply the same rating to all of them.

If you close the window, ratings will not be submitted for the remaining orders.

Collective submission of ratings
- applies only to cooperation ratings.
-
payment rating is not included in collective rating.
- the same rating (with comment) will be applied to all selected orders.
