Basic information about the widget

Add the Freights in progress widget to your Dashboard to efficiently manage your freights and stay up to date with the number of freights you have to handle during the day.

Freights in progress widget:

  • belongs to widgets from the Freights category,
  • is addressed to clients,
  • presents data collected on the basis of freights (in preparation, waiting for offers, during negotiations) and operations (which result from the dates of unloading and loading),
  • shows data for the entire company and the user,
  • provides data in real time,
  • can be added to your Dashboard more than once.

Widget navigation

The main elements of the widget are:

  1. Pie chart - the chart is divided into two sections:
  • Operations - the number of all operations (which result from the date of unloading and loading) to be handled on a given day. They are marked in different shades of blue.
  • Freights - the number of all freights (in preparation, published waiting for offers, published in progress) to be handled on a given day. They are marked in different shades of gray.
When you hover your mouse over the selected part of the chart, you will see a tooltip with status and the number of operations or freights.

Inside the chart you can find the following information:

  • Operations - total number of operations on a given day,
  • Freights - total number of freights on a given day,
  • Date - date when the data was refreshed,
  • Time - the time when the data was refreshed.
  1. The Refresh option allows you to update the data displayed on the widget (number of operations, freights, as well as date and time).
  2. Arrow - after clicking on it, you will see a window where you can switch the view for the company and the user
After clicking on the chart, a new browser window will open - Freights module, Added tab. If you display data for a company, you will see the freights of all your colleagues, if for a user - only those that you have published yourself.

How to analyze data?

  1. To facilitate data analysis, add the widget twice.
You can learn how to add a widget to the Dashboard in the article Widgets - basic information.

Set the user view on one widget and the company view on the other.

The user's view includes the number of freights and operations to be handled directly by this user. The company view shows the number of freights and operations to be handled for the entire company.

In the above example, you can see that the user on February 27, 2024 at 11:12 has the following tasks:

  • 10 operations (5 unloadings and 5 loadings - this information appears in the tooltip after moving the mouse cursor over the blue part of the chart).
  • 3 freights (2 of them are under negotiation, 2 are waiting for offers, 1 is in preparation).

Data for the company on January 25, 2024 at 09:57 include:

  • 10 operations in progress (5 unloading and 5 loading).
  • 5 freights in progress (1 under negotiation, 1 waiting for offers, 1 in preparation) handled by the entire company.

The above data allows you to constantly monitor how many operations and freights you have to handle on a given day, as well as check your performance compared to the entire company.
