Who can use this function?

The function is available to users of the CargoON product line who have access to Dock Scheduler and the Schedules module.

From this article you will learn:

  • how to customize the view of booking blocks.

Displaying information in the booking block is an option that gives you quick access to relevant data. Customise the calendar settings to suit your needs and preferences.

By default, the second row in the booking window contains information about the vehicle number and semi-trailer number.

Edit information in the booking block

To customise the view of the booking block, click on the avatar with your photo/initials and select Settings from the list.

Select Schedules, then go to the Booking blocks tab, the window will show an example of a booking block with the value you have selected - this is the second row.

- each warehouse can have a different value to be displayed in the booking block
- each user, in each warehouse, can have a different value set in the booking block

In a given warehouse, you can select a value from the list to be displayed in the booking block.

When you hover the mouse cursor over the second row in the booking block, a pop-up window will appear with information about the value visible in the block. In the example below, the information displayed is the driver's name.

You can also use the option - Set value for many.

From the list, select the warehouse and the value to be displayed in the booking block.

Save your settings with the green button.

The list presents the saved settings for the respective warehouses.
